The Riondel Commission of Management would like to remind owners of abandoned vehicles on public roadways that such vehicles may be subject to fines if they are not removed. Removal of such vehicles also enhances our community’s visual appeal, for both residents and visitors alike.
There are three operators listed with the RDCK who will pick up derelict vehicles in our area. Two of these operators do not charge for pickup, and the third will pick up at no charge for a minimum of 4 vehicles. Contact information is provided below:

- Earl Betker – 250-254—0102 (no charge for pickup)
- Kendall Johnson (Sandpoint) – 208-304-3000 (no charge if at least 4 vehicles)
Not a lot of things are free these days, so while these services are being offered this might be good time to take action!
